Practice Overview
Valerie was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018 and the Northwest Territories Bar in 2020. Prior to returning home to Nova Scotia and joining Ritch Williams & Richards in 2023, Valerie practiced in a wide range of legal areas in Ottawa and Yellowknife. Valerie is further developing her litigation practice at Ritch Williams & Richards, representing clients in insurance defence and subrogation matters throughout the Atlantic provinces.
About
Outside of work, Valerie enjoys reading, spending time with family and trying new vegetarian recipes. An avid hiker, Valerie aspires to explore more of the Atlantic provinces hiking trails. She speaks English and French.
